In my opinion, blogging is a pretentious pastime. A blogger (I) has no apparent motivation to do so, sans demanding employer or specified subject matter. Still, (s)he blogs on. With everything in the world to discuss and only a lifetime during which to do it, those who are called to self-expression should do so. We are fortunate to exist in an age where opinions are not only of value, but necessity.
